Envelopes: MPI provides custom fancy and plain envelopes, made of all kinds of paper and Tyvek® and other materials. Our website shows some 200 in-stock envelopes for quick shipment-plain or printed. These in-stock envelopes represent only the most commonly ordered envelopes-they are but "the tip of the iceberg," as the saying goes-and they do not begin to exhaust our broad ranging, unsurpassed capabilities.

If you think it is an envelope when you picture it in your mind's eye, then we can deliver it in a short while into your hands in glorious color. Working with our clients, we have the ability to create new envelope products with innovative features to suit our client's most exacting individual needs. Media Packaging: Our MPIDirect website features several in-stock CD/DVD envelopes and sleeves, some with polypropylene windows, in 24 lb. white wove paper and 16 lb. Tyvek® for quick shipment, plain or printed. Being made with outside double side seams assures they are all inserter machine friendly. These in-stock products are only the most commonly ordered.

We can also fill your need for media mailers, including video and audio tape mailers, made of 8 pt. up to 16 pt. and higher SBS and imported CCNB paperboard, as well as, up to 40 lb. Book, plus thermoformed Clamshells in 250+ sizes, and Tyvek®, and air-bubble pack covered in various protective materials, including Tyvek® and plastic, suitable for mailing. Mailing and Packaging Solutions: MPI offers an extraordinary, unparalleled assortment of stock and customizable DuPont™ Tyvek® envelopes and specialty paper products. The MPI list of offered proprietary envelopes includes: Tyvek®; Safecard® Envelopes which protect valuable cards like bank cards and any cards with magnetic strips; Expansion Mailers which are ideal for mailing bulky materials-a great replacement for boxes and cartons; Tamper Evident Envelopes; 2-Way Mailers; Ship-Lite® Mailers; AirJacket Mailers; Filing Products and Classification Pockets just to mention a few.

Web Printing: To fill our beautifully executed envelopes and mailers, MPI offers the most up-to-date printing in virtually all of its intricate permutations. We can handle your printing needs from simple in-line flexographic and jet printing up to 8-color lithographic sheet fed and web printing, with special coatings such as UV, lacquer, and others. We have machinery and presses available to produce continuous forms for various commercial uses and labels for every commercial application, including medical and food products, on materials such as semi- and hi-gloss foils, polypropylenes, vinyls, and the list goes on and on. Mail Fulfillment: Now that you have the envelope and its enclosure-or perhaps it is a self-mailer-we can mail it for you. Consider how a self-mailer is processed for mailing. Using some of the latest equipment, we offer our clients many cost saving advantages. Because of the ability to glue, fold, and personalize in-line; when a self-mailer out the other end of the MILLENNIUM in-line direct mail processor, it is mail ready. This extremely fast and complete processing eliminates the need to send your printed material anywhere else for added processing, saving valuable time and money.
